EX is currently in open beta and is completely free to use. These terms apply to all users of the EX platform at examarmour.com.
EX is a digital revision platform developed and operated by Exam Armour, a student-run enterprise based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. Our contact email is contact@examarmour.com.
Exam Armour is currently operating as a Young Enterprise company. We intend to register as a limited company in the near future.
By creating an account or using EX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of EX after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
EX is designed for students aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, please do not create an account. If you are under 18, you should have the permission of a parent or guardian to use this service.

We store your data securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. Your data is used solely to provide and improve the EX service. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not serve advertising.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at contact@examarmour.com.
The EX platform, including its design, code, branding and content, is the intellectual property of Exam Armour. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written permission.
Content you create within EX — such as notes, flashcards and timetables — remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your personal revision content.
EX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to ensure the accuracy of any content or suggestions provided by the platform, we cannot guarantee that all information is correct, complete or up to date.
EX is a revision aid and should be used alongside your school's teaching and guidance. We are not responsible for any academic outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exam Armour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of EX or your inability to use the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of EX shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
